If you are interested in having your Content or Property Marketed on Filmbook, please submit the following information for review:Photos
You may email the photos to apply@filmbook.media. The photo images need to be in JPEG format and no larger than 3GB. Please include a brief description, mention any important features, and note if there are any model releases.Videos
You may email video links to apply@filmbook.media. We will review the Content in Vimeo and/or YouTube. You may also share or give us access to your Dropbox, Vimeo and Google Drive accounts if there is a large amount of Content you would like reviewed. The approved Content will need to be in short 5-30 second clips in .MP4 or .MOVE formats and no larger than 3GB. Access to the raw footage is a requirement for approval.Lidar Scans and 3D Models
You may email scans to apply@filmbook.media. The images need to be in OBJ and/or JPEG format and no larger than 10GB. You may also share or give us access to your Dropbox and Google Drive accounts if there is a large amount of Content you would like reviewed. The approved Content will need to be in OBJ and JPEG formats and no larger than 3GB. Access to the raw footage is a requirement for approval.Properties

Please include a brief description, some highlights about the property, what may be featured, the location in regards to the city and country, and an estimated value of the property. Please allow us a week to review the images and Content to determine if the Content and/or Properties are a good fit for FilmBook. We will respond to your request either via email or by phone. If you have not heard from us within 7 days, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.LICENSES AND RELEASES
Your Content will be licensed on a non-exclusive, Rights-Managed/Rights-Ready basis with the option of a Blanket License and/or exclusive use.
A Rights-Managed/Rights-Ready license permits the perpetual use of the Content for one specific purpose, production, project, and type of distribution without an expiration date on the rights to use the content. If the User would like to use the Content in another production, project, and/or type of distribution, and/or for an additional use, then a new license is required.
A Blanket License grants a Virtual Production Studio the right to showcase the Content in their Library for backplate and virtual use and license the use of the Content to third parties under the terms in the Blanket License. The Virtual Production Studios will pay a fee for the right to showcase the Content and a royalty for each license granted by the Studio. The Studio will provide a record of each license granted and its details. Contact FilmBook if you need a Blanket License.
Content is licensed as Non-Exclusive, meaning the User will not have exclusive rights to use the Content and FilmBook can license the same Content to other customers.
Content may be licensed as Exclusive, meaning the User will have the exclusive rights to use the Content, and FilmBook and you may not license the same Content to other customers in the future. Exclusive license are negotiated on an individual basis and will require a separate licensing agreement signed by you.
Each license will be advertised of the following uses:
Corporate (Website, Social Media, Tradeshows, Internal Marketing, Internal Meetings)
Music and Promotional (Music Video, TV Commercial, Advertisement, Influencer Marketing, Trailer)
Virtual Realm (Backplate, Video Games, Metaverse, XR Stage, Augmented Reality)
Film & Entertainment (TV Project, Streaming Service, Theatre, Indie Film, Major Motion Picture)
In the event the User requires another type of distribution, FilmBook will negotiate the terms on your behalf and you will be paid the royalty for the license release.Requirements
You grant us the right to license the content and/or market and book the Property per the Owner’s terms. You will retain ownership of the copyright, unless FilmBook hired you to capture the Content as “work for hire”. You warrant that you are the sole owner of the Content or Property or have received written permission by the third-party to market, license or book the Content or Property. FilmBook is not a party to the separate agreement and is not responsible for any payments due to the Third-Party. The agreement with FilmBook is only with the person submitting the Content. You have all the necessary model and property releases for the Content and have obtained the Content legally. All necessary model releases will be attached to the Content. You must act in good faith at all times.PRICING
Pricing is based on various factors, including the type of Content, Distribution, and Market Conditions.Photos
FilmBook pricing is based on the type of project, size and distribution. A minimum, standardized pricing has been established for each type of distribution with the exception of the Blanket License. Large scale prints are available on an individual basis. FilmBook will negotiate the pricing on behalf of the Content Supplier based on cost of printing, framing and other factors.Videos and Lidar

Once the content is marketed on FilmBook’s social media platforms, website or other mediums, the Content Supplier and/or Owner agrees to be bound to the following Payment structure and FilmBook’s Terms of Use, their Application Procedures, Privacy and Cookie Policy. In the event a separate agreement has been signed, all the terms and conditions on that agreement will prevail.PAYMENT
FilmBook Content Licensing
Every time someone licenses your Content, FilmBook will pay you a royalty fee totaling Fifty Percent (50%) of the monies actually received by FilmBook for the completed licensing agreements less any and all fees, expenses or other costs incurred by FilmBook in connection with the same, regardless of exclusivity. Payment will be received within 30 days of the licensing agreement via Stripe or another preferred payment method.FilmBook Property Booking
Every time someone books your Property for an on-location shoot or Virtual Capture, FilmBook will pay you a total of Seventy Five Percent (75%) of the monies actually received by FilmBook for completed locations agreements less any and all fees, expenses or other costs incurred by FilmBook in connection with the same. Payment will be received on the start date via Stripe or another preferred payment method.FilmBook Partners and Scouts
Every time a party books the referred Property, the referring Partner and/or Scout will be paid a 3% referral fee based on the total amount in the location agreement. Payment will be given within 30 days from the completion of the booking via Stripe or another preferred payment method.
